This is really sweet and beautiful, I like the quote too. The Rose I know and love would never leave The Doctor and would anything to be with him (which is one of the main reasons why I don't really like the fact that she chose the clone because it's just not really who Rose is) especially if she knew that The Doctor was in a lot of pain. It's hard to imagine Eleven sad or in pain because he's generally so happy and carefree but he was so devastated when he lost Amy and Rory, he was only a shell of himself just like Ten was just a shell after he lost Rose.
